Anther's distillers used their Australian Dry Gin at the heart of the recipe for this superb navy strength gin, and built in extra botanicals including cubeb, saltbush, honey, maple syrup, damiana and sarsaparilla.
 
Damiana is super bitter and an aphrodisiac! Sarsaparilla has a soft vanilla anise flavour, which compliments the juniper beautifully, the cubeb gives a savoury pepper flavour and the saltbush mellows the sweetness of the honey from Hobart, while Canadian maple sits in the mid palate and both of these work to balance the complexity of honey.
 
These flavours all work to give a spicy, well-weighted palate with a soft mouthfeel that does not feel like you are drinking a solid 58%ABV navy strength gin!
