Ladybūd Bälm comes is two scents:
LAVENDER: A calming, woodsy, healing scent.
CITRUS: Imagine grapfruit and lemons with a base note of nature.
DIRECTIONS: Be sure your hands and skin are clean before applying Ladybūd. Massage a nickel size of balm on to the desired body area needing relief. Apply throughout the day as needed.
After applying, wash your hands again to avoid contact with eyes and sensitive skin. Do not apply to injured, irritated or broken skin. This product contains nut oils & may cause a reaction for some individuals, test on a small area of skin before use.
Store in a dark, cool, safe place. (melting will occur if kept in temperatures go above 90*f. If this happens, place your Ladybūd Bälm in the fridge or a cool place. Melting does not affect the products' efficiency.
