Two Heart Sapphire Ring with Diamonds

The ring is finely crafted in 18k yellow gold with a center diamond weighing approximately a total of 0.59 and a center sapphire weighing approximately a  total of 0.82 carat. Diamonds around weigh approximately a total of 0.65 carat. Circa 1970.
