"The program gets five stars from me. At the end of the day, what matters is performance: Did I improve? Am I faster? Am I stronger? Do I feel better? The answer to these questions is a resounding yes."

THANK YOU!

Just 2 years ago I couldn’t finish a race of any length without walking, without feeling the need for air in my lungs, without feeling that I couldn’t give one more step.
Last June in BSLT, I was ready to quit.
Then IM training took off and the training just made me happy, happy to know that I could ride 60, 80 100 miles or run more than 13.
Of course IMAZ has been the high point and I cannot wait to set my next goal.

I recommend this!
