F618H0U00N 600g satin high silica cloth transparent PU white / brown 1100°C

Silica fiber fabric, 600g/m2, 0.70mm thickness, satin weave, temp. resistance up to 1100°C, with transparent PU on both sides
 
SUNMAX SUNMAX F618H0U00N is made of silica fabric (SUNMAX F618H0N000) by impregnating transparent PU (polyurethane) on both sides. The silica cloth has a silicon dioxide over 96% and withstand continuous temperatures up to1100°C. The PU coating enhances the fabric abrasion resistance and tensile strength and locks the weave from dispersion, makes it easy to handle and sewing.

ADVANTAGES:
High temp. Resistance up to 1100°C, soft easily sewn, weave-lock, chemical resistance, flame retardant, etc.

APPLICATIONS:
Extensively used for a wide range of insulation and protection applicationssuch as welding curtains, welding blankets and welding pads in powergeneration (nuclear approved), refinery, shipbuilding & repair, metal processing,petro-chemical industries.
