This ham is cured at least 15 months, produced using solely Italian meat. After curing, the meat is carefully trimmed, during which process any dark lean meat and yellow fat is removed. The summer truffle is then added. Mild yet distinctive, with the addition of pieces of truffle that are clearly visible when cut.
