Designed in collaboration with Mickael Korausch, the man behind La Bowtique; also known within the sartorial community as the world's finest bow tie maker. 
 
The bow tie features an inimitable small knot, made possible only by utilizing our featherweight silk dupion fabric as well as unlining the bow tie itself. Refined and elegant, the small knot also adds a touch of dramatic flair by maximizing the spatial difference between the tip of the wings and itself.
 
Fabric is sourced from a British family-owned silk business. The tasteful slubby texture is achieved when two or more larvae cooperate to create a single cocoon, giving your bow tie a visual intrigue unmatched by its conventional satin and grosgrain counterparts. This is the same material we use for making our Silk Dupion Cummerbund.
 
Featured here in La Bowtique's most iconic Medium Classic shape, this piece can also be made into other existing shapes available in their catalogue.
 
The Silk Dupion Bow Tie comes in an adjustable length, suitable for anyone with neck sizes between 15” to 19”. For neck sizes below 15” and above 19”, kindly contact us at linus@thesuitstainableman.com for custom orders.
