Change of Mind returns: You can return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return to our facility and the original shipping from our facility to the customer. Additionally, there will be a 10% picking and packaging cost deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be made via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Ensure that the product is unopened and in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and to be eligible for the refund.
