The medina - which means “town” - is the oldest part of Marrakesh. This area is completely walled-in and being there is like stepping back in time. Bustling with thousands of vendors offering everything from hand-crafted leather sandals to spices, we were charmed by the sights, the aromas, and especially the people.
 
These intricately constructed baskets are woven in one village and then lovingly finished out in another village with hand-dyed leather details that are delicately sewn on the handles and an accent Mer-Sea tag.
