Thought I would try this and see if it would help. Stopped the snoring from night one. Been using it for a few weeks now and it's working great.
I've had this mouthpiece for a few years now. It fits my mouth really well. I don't use it every night, but sometimes when I'm sick and start to snore. It helps keep my jaw in a position where I don't snore, but my jaw gets sore after the first few nights when I start using it again. You should stick with it for a week or more to get used to it. I would recommend it if you're having trouble with snoring.

I listened to Joe Rogan talking about it, so I bought one. My wife told me she hasn't had a night without hearing me snore for years. She even got up one night to check if I was okay. The only problem is that it's a bit tight because I have a wide jaw, but I'm getting used to it gradually.

I've used this mouthpiece for a month, and it actually works. My partner stopped complaining about my snoring. It just moves your jaw forward a bit, making more room in your throat so you don't snore. But at first, it's a bit uncomfortable. You get used to it after a while though!

Before I started using the mouthpiece, I used to snore for 45 minutes every night. But now, with the mouthpiece, I only snore for 8 minutes. I feel much better rested and have more energy. I don't feel as tired as I did before using the mouthpiece. It's a great product!
It's much better than a mouth guard. It feels a bit strange at first when sleeping, but I got used to it in just an hour. I really suggest trying it out!
