कल्ला or 'Kalla' needs no introduction for a true punekar. For the rest, it has a different meaning altogether going by the dictionary, here in Pune it means an extreme version of enjoyment. More like a verb ' कल्ला करणे'.
Painted on the walls along the riverside road between Kothrud and Shaniwarwada, the mural was unfortunately painted over by the municipal corporation during the Swachh Survekshan 2020 campaign. Fortunately it has found a new and better canvas as a second life.
