How To Use
Place the jar beside the bed and remove the lid thirty minutes to an hour before retiring to allow the fragrance to fill the room.  Once settled, breathe deeply and let the aromatherapy work its magic, mother nature helping you to drift off into a refreshing and rejuvenating sleep. As you turn out the light, either replace the lid and reopen if restlessness returns during the night or simply leave open throughout the night to ensure an uninterrupted restorative slumber.
 
How Long Does The Fragrance Last?
The stones come already infused with the beautiful blend of Lavender & Camomile that will stay fragrant for up to 3 months. But don't worry, you can top-up the fragrance with our Emotif Soft Lavender & Chamomile oil, to keep the aroma levels at their most effective. Just add 1-2 capfuls every few weeks to maintain optimum aroma levels.
