We do not accept any product returns, unless it is defected or incorrect. Please provide us the photos of the defected/wrongly delivered items via email hello@vasecreation.com.
All items will be delivered in excellent condition and the responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands. In cases where the parcel lost/damaged/returned for any reason other than us, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a complaint to the shipping carrier.
The customer is responsible to pay an additional shipping fee for any unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect mailing address.
