This delicate salt is perfect for finishing your dishes when you want the salt to disappear into the food. Use a bit on fresh fruit, just a pinch on buttered bread, or season fish or steak with it. This fine salt imparts big salt flavor in tiny little granules. Fleur de sel is also great sprinkled on freshly buttered bread along with a quick grind of black pepper.
