Settle tea was designed to help clear phlegm and mucous from the lungs. I’ll admit, the horehound herb in this blend makes it kinda bitter, so it’s best taken with a tablespoon or two of honey in your tea. However it works so quickly, that you won’t mind the bitterness ;)

Directions: put 2 teaspoons of tea into one cup of boiling water. Steep for five minutes. Strain. Add lots of honey to taste and sip it down.

Ingredients: ginger, wild cherry bark, rosemary, horehound, plantain, mullein, coltsfoot, elderflower.

Comes in 1.8oz or 5.4oz
