K.Y.S. (Kalm your shit) was created for hormonal agitation, however, it was become a favorite for severe anxiety or whenever you really want to calm down. Once you're calm, you can KYS(s) and make up :) 
 
Ingredients: Kava Kava, California Poppy, Black Cohosh, Schisandra Berry, Motherwort, Scullcap, Lemon Balm, Grain Alcohol, Vegetable Glycerin.
 
Comes in a 2oz or 4oz glass amber bottle. 
 
Directions: Take two droppersful every 4-6 hours, as needed to help calm.
