Ingredients: Red Root, Grindelia, Angelica, Lobelia, Thyme, Lemon Balm, Mullein, grain alcohol, Vegetable Glycerin, Distilled Water.

Comes in a 2oz or 4oz glass dropper bottle.

Directions: As preventative: take 2 droppersful, 2x/day in water. Can also take up to 4 droppersful during asthma attack.
