We often receive prayer requests in our day-to-day interactions with others. When our hearts are heavy and our words are hard to speak aloud, it's comforting and powerful to pray scripture.
 
My local friend, Fran, cultivated a batch of verses on healing to aid us in praying for those who are facing illness or surgery.
 
This set of flip cards has 7 pages of verse already typed up. They are not numbered, so you can put them in any sequence you like.  All you have to do is print out and cut! Experiment with cheerful colors and decorate with washi/stickers to personalize them.
 
Print this flip card file on 8.5 x 11 -inch cardstock of whatever color you choose. For each page, cut into 6 squares following along the solid line. You may want to trim around the outside edge to even out the 3 1/2-inch squares. Then punch holes in the upper corner on the circle and slide the cards onto a binder ring. 
 
Having a flip card set available in your car/purse to snatch little moments of prayer amidst your busy day is a great resource to have handy! If you have a friend or family member with a new diagnosis, you could prepare a set as a gift of encouragement.
