This pdf includes 2 templates formatted as 8.5 x 11 pages. Download the file and print out on a sheet of card stock. Trim slightly to put in your 8.5 x 11-size Monthly BQJ, using a glue stick to attach to journal pages and reinforce edges with washi tape if desired. You could also insert the set into page protectors to keep in a 3-ring binder if that is more convenient for your study process.
