The Sail template set was designed for the Bible Quilt journal by my sis-in-law. It can be used for a variety of topics.
 
Download the file and print out on a sheet of card stock. If you have a smaller sized journal, decrease the print size to about 80%, then cut to fit the Bible Quilt journal page. Use a glue stick to attach it to the page and reinforce edges with washi tape if desired.
