This is a set of bookmarks to help us track prayer requests, have a place to jot down praises, and a way to document our gratitude for the Lord's blessings. 
 
Print on cardstock and trim to about 3-inch width so these will fit in your BQJ ruler pocket. Then personalize these 3 bookmarks as you'd like. 
 
Brush the edges lightly with an ink pad for instant color. Add washi tape and stickers to embellish for yourself or others. You can even hole punch the top and thread a ribbon through it to add some texture.
 
You may be familiar with the acronym for PRAY and want to write this as a reminder:
P = Praise
R = Repent
A = Ask
Y = Yield
 
If you're Bible Quilting with kids, this may be a useful tool to use to help guide them through some  prayer strategies. Simply having them list friends/family, school situations, sports teams, community activities, etc. may help them identify people to be praying for on a regular basis.
