JB’s Old Fashioned Pine Tar Handle Syrup is a classic wood finish made from pine tar, pure gum turpentine, and boiled linseed oil. Crafted in the heart of the backwoods, this tried-and-true formula is a breeze to apply, dries quickly, and gives a weatherproof finish without blisters. It brings a durable, vintage look to both old and new tools, reminiscent of your granddad’s workshop.

Ideal for hand tools like axes, saws, hammers, and chisels.

Available in a convenient 1fl oz bottle, proudly made in the U.S.A.

How to Use:

Start by thoroughly cleaning both wood and metal surfaces. This syrup works best on clear wood, without any varnish, shellac, or other commercial finishes.

Apply a small amount of syrup—about the size of a quarter—onto a shop towel, then spread it thinly over the surface. Let it dry for 15 minutes.

It's not just for wood—this syrup is also great for oiling and rust-proofing the metal parts of your tools and hardware where applied. Feel free to add more coats for added protection.

CAUTION: THIS IS NOT A FOOD PRODUCT,DO NOT INGEST! Keep out of reach of children.
