While some see the numbers and think, "oh this is just like the River", I assure you it's stability, glide, and soft last minute fade with this plastic type is far more reliable when leaving your hand. Back hand is great with this disc and will put you where you want to be. Forearm flicks should be thrown with slight hyzer though (if you power hauk) as the plastic will flex a bit and it'll turn fast like an extremely understable disc. Flicks should be done with finesse, let it do the work.
