Maybe it's time to connect with your inner child. Remember the freedom and fun that you experienced as a young child. Put on your favorite music and dance for the sheer spontaneous joy of it. Try out an adult coloring book. Play a board game or a video game. Just enjoy yourself, trying something uncomplicated and easy. Allow your inner child some time for fun.
 
Perhaps now would be a great time to connect with the children in your life: siblings, nieces, nephews or children of your own. Play with them. Take them to the park and throw a frisbee around. Color with them. Ask them what their favorite games are and play them together. Youth can be fleeting but our inner child remains with us. Let that child out for some serious playtime!
