Journey to My New Family is a counseling game to use with children who are in foster care or have been adopted. It addresses attachment problems, feelings of abandonment, and helps the child find their place in their new family. It also helps children process grief, anger, or other feelings related to birth parents.The game cards help children identify different family roles, rules, and interactions. They help children voice concerns and process feelings.
