IMPORTANT *Please Read* After you order, email me a few clear pictures of your best friend to info@sketchpupbykellin.com or click the bottom "Submit Info and Photos" on your Confirmation Order Email.
You can choose from a classic pet portrait, your pet as a celebrity icon (e.g. Frida Kahlo, Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker, etc.) or you and your pet (family portrait). We can discuss some ideas together. Your fur baby's personality will shine through the artwork.

Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us to info@sketchpupbykellin.com before you return the item to us.
The return address is set by default on the delivery slip. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and we don't do size exchanges. Hopefully you understand that this is a custom print item.
