Very sweet 1980s plaid dress with velvet collar and elasticated waist 
The monochrome black and white also has threads of red and blue running through which is quite lovely! This is a lovely versatile piece which is great as a standalone dress but also a great layer for that pleat skirt. There is a lining in the skirt but the arms and bodice are slightly sheer without lining.
