From Puna's unique Icon collection, this interpretation of the ancient chacana symbol is hand woven in a vibrant terracotta background. For Inca, this is representative of the levels of existence, namely the gods, the living world and the spirit.

Each rug is hand-woven in a small atelier in Peru using virgin sheep wool. The artisans produce the textiles on a horizontal loom. As they weave different patterns, they use at least two different techniques to create one rug. It takes three days to dye and prepare the wool fibres and an additional eight days to weave the rug.
