You do not need any props or a mat for these classes. Some household items are used as props which are explained at the beginning of each class. All you need is access to the internet; classes can be viewed on your tablet, smartphone or laptop. There's 100s of classes already live with a new classes uploaded regularly.
 
If you are a new customer once you have purchased this subscription an online waiver form will be emailed to you to read and sign. Once the waiver has been signed we will email you the password and login details to gain access.
