I was patient enough to wait and wait for this new technology, very happy with Nejad and his team in HearingNow, excellent communication, smooth ordering, received the Starkey Genesis Ai 24 programmed and ready to use. Nejad sent me different sizes dome and he helped me choose the right size over a zoom meeting. Overall I am very satisfied with Starkey Genesis and also with the service, oh and 5 years warranty. I love them, the sound very good, specially listening to streaming is awesome.
