I bought this in August 2021 (now 2 years) And couldn't recommend it more! I got this for my tendonitis in my left shoulder and the spasms I have in my back.
Love this unit, however, sometimes pads shock.....You be sure to replace them when they start doing this. Also, when you apply the power, make sure that you turn up really slowly so you could feel if they are applying pulses correctly
