Lime Stone, is our flagship Juniper-led London Dry Gin. Infused with a combination of nine natural fruits, spices and citrus botanicals. On the palate, Lime Stone has a depth of flavour that brings out the taste of warming lemon and lime without any sharpness or bitterness. A smooth and refreshing tipple for any occasion.
 
Our premium gin is named after the Limestone formations that are found along the Jurassic Coast dating back nearly 200 million years. They are rich with index fossils such as Ammonites.
 
Our London Dry Gin Lime Stone is made for those who love to explore, travel and enjoy the natural world.
 
Best served
Lime Stone is best served with a classic Indian tonic water and garnished with several thin slices of cucumber or mint in either a copa de balon or Collins glass.

The Story Behind The Bottle
The Jurassic Coast's fossil and geological record shows that the Upper Jurassic's Portland Limestone yielded marine fossils such as plesiosaurs and ichthyosaurs and Pavlovia ammonites. A unique feature of the Upper Jurassic coast in Portland is its fossil forest.
 
By contrast, the Cretaceous Period Purbeck Group of Limestone shows land-based and freshwater species, such as fish and land-based insects (ants and butterflies, aphids and grasshoppers), lizards, turtles, crocodilians, pterosaurs, dinosaurs, and mammals.
