Consists of an office pod system. Pod height available between 1950mm and 2200mm. Pod wall panels constructed as individual 55mm thick aluminium framed screens extruded from 6063 T6 Tensile strength aluminium. Aluminium frame is epoxy powder coated in Reichsausschuß für Lieferbedingungen (RAL) or British Standard BS4800:2011 Colour Chart (BS colour). Standard aluminium frame colours are Polybond Regal silver metallic gloss epoxy polyester, RAL 9016 white gloss polyester and RAL 9005 black semi-gloss polyester. Glazed panels manufactured from double glazed 22mm glass units (DGU) mounted inside framework using black gasket manufactured from rigid and flexible poly vinyl chloride (PVC). Upholstered panels manufactured from 12mm medium density fibreboard (MDF) substrate with 18 x 18mm MDF battened framework mechanically pinned to both sides with 18mm sound absorbing foam adhered to the inside on both faces (using water based adhesive). Upholstered panels covered (using water based adhesive) in 1mm thick Camira fabric, generally from the Cara, Blazer Lite, Synergy or Blazer ranges. Panel finishes also available in laminate, dry wipe and magnetic dry wipe. Split finishes such as part glazed or part dry wipe are available. Sound absorbing foam is tested to BSEN ISO 354 and has a noise reduction co-efficient (NRC) of 0.43 (inferred). Technical report ref no: C/23213/T01. Pod is tested to BSEN ISO 140 and has a rating of 36dB. Technical report ref no: C/24307/T01. Pod ceiling panels are 52mm thick constructed from 2 x 2.5mm MDF faces adhered (using water based adhesive) around 20mm recycled paper continuous vented honeycell beecore with strengthening battens constructed from 18mm MDF mechanically pinned to panel edges and adhered to 25mm sound absorbing foam. Ceiling panels upholstered on both sides (using water based adhesive) in 1mm thick light grey fabric. Each pod is supplied with relevant quantity of inline linking strips extruded from 6063 T6 Tensile strength aluminium. Panels are supplied with 2 x height adjusting feet which provide 35mm of adjustment to allow for uneven floors. Ceiling facilities arch is supplied every 3.5m span and is extruded from 6063 T6 Tensile strength aluminium. Lighting system is fitted inside the arch(s) and consists of high output - low voltage, diffused, dual LED strips with PIR operation, all running from 1 x 13 amp 240 volt UK plug fitted with a 3 amp fuse. Sliding doors are 8mm thick supplied with aluminium double sided handle, door stoppers, brush-strip closers and integrated door track bracket. 2.5mm MDF is 100% Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) certified BMT PEFC 0236. 18mm MDF is Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) 1 min 100% and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. A range of accessories are available, including air circulation units, seating, shelving, desk tops, alternative lighting, name plates, paper trays, pen pots, cable ports, power sockets, dry wipe boards and monitor/TV brackets.
