Returning to the indoor playground of Botany, Jungle Brothers, the gym floor will turn dancefloor vibes with blacklights & tunes while your body is creating the movement shapes of Animal Flow®.

Break free from the confines of your yoga mat or Barbell, and learn to create the movement shapes of Animal Flow®, allowing your body to move, play, flow, and GLOW!

Do you love to move and groove on a night out with friends but the clubbing scene doesn't align with your health-conscious ways anymore?

WHAT IS THE EVENT?

A chance to experience a 90min Animal Flow session with a twist.

Open to all skill levels, to see what the Animal flow movement system has to offer you in a fun, friendly, and neon environment.

Be as bright as you like, wear white or neon, paint your body with neon paints on offer and meet some like-minded movers and groovers also looking for a fun alternate Sat night out.

WHO IS RUNNING THE EVENT?

Led by Sydney Regional Leader Nikki with 7 years of experience practicing and coaching the Animal Flow system. It's a way to tickle your fancy with how this type of practice can benefit you, no matter how you enjoy moving.

• On-Demand Subscribers for a chance to flow with others with real-time coaching feedback
• Fellow instructors, you know flowing with others is always more fun

• Light Snacks (it's a 2hour event which may leave you hungry, you are welcome to snack throughout or have some on hand for the dance and chit-chatter after the event)

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Nikki!

I’m 39, an ex-TV editor turned movement coach. Over the past 7 years of delving into a regular Animal Flow practice I have helped unlock and strengthen my own body and many of my clients out of restriction and pain. Forget the sets and reps and linear movement patterns and really appreciate what your body is actually capable of.
