About the event
Tēnā tātou ngā uri ō Ngāti Porou ki Hauraki,
We are holding six Information hui at venues across Aotearoa to consult with our whānau in person or online about our proposed Post Settlement Governance Entity (“PSGE”). Setting up our PSGE (Trust) is an important step in progressing our Treaty Settlement journey.
COVID-19 Guidelines: our main priority is to keep our whānau and communities safe. We ask that you wear a mask at our hui in common areas, our team will guide you through the tikanga on arrival. There will be additional masks available. If you are feeling unwell on the day, please feel free to join us online.

We need registered Ngāti Porou ki Hauraki members to vote for our PSGE during our voting period Thursday 12 May - Friday 17 June.
Voting process
Registered members over 18 years old are encouraged to vote on our website, by post or by submitting your vote at our Information hui. Unregistered whānau over 18 can register on our website or at our hui and cast a Special Vote using a Special Voting pack. Information booklets and voting packs will be available at our hui.
A recording and a transcript of the frequently asked questions (FAQs) will be published on our website after the hui.
