HCPOA Monthly Meeting
This month's HCPOA meeting will have Shane Hix and Bill Fogerty present on "Tax Assessments." American Pest Control will be sponsoring the social hour starting at 6:30 PM!

All are welcome to the monthly HCPOA meetings! It's a great way to network with residents and connect over local topics.
This meeting's topic will be "Tax Assessments," presented by Bill Fogerty and Shane Hix. The Board of Assessors approved all schedules and tables, with Hartwell residential and urban properties experiencing significant increases. Some lake properties were reassigned to different neighborhoods, all with higher values. The cost data for houses rose from $1.01 to $1.18 per square foot, a 20% increase. Assessment information will be sent out the first week of July. Property owners are encouraged to ask for their property record cards as soon as they receive their assessment notices.
