About the Event

in2gr8mentalhealth CIC will be speaking about what it is like to navigate Occupational Health and HR systems, when you are a mental health professional with lived / ing experience of mental health difficulties. We are interested in looking into how stigma, power and priviledge operate in the systems around us and shape our experiences for the better or the worse.

We will be speaking into our own experiences, into assumptions, hopes and fears around the topic, including the work we do to demystify 'fitness to practice' fear and the strange idea that having mental health difficulties means that one cannot be a mental health professional. We are hoping to remind people to re-humanise the mental health workforce, and challenge systems to flex around the mental health needs of human beings without stigma, as they encounter life during their careerspan.

This webinar will be recorded and is the property of in2gr8mentalhealth CIC. Recordings may be shared across our website and social media platforms and for marketing purposes. Please hold this in mind regarding your sharing choices during any discussion parts of the webinars you may wish to be involved with.
