Thai Table Massage 2 day course

Thai massage techniques can be effective in helping to reduce pain and stiffness in muscles and joints, whilst increasing flexibility and mobility.  

This two-day course aims to open up your practice in a new and exciting direction. Your clients will love the benefits of just a few techniques used within a treatment. You will also be able to offer a complete Thai treatment on the table at the end of these two days.

A little about myself

I began practising massage & bodywork over 13 years ago, after training with the Massage Training Institute in Sheffield. 

My interest in the wonderful complexity and beautiful mechanism of the body began during my dance training in 1999. Learning how bodies move also taught me to see how bodies often don’t move. How they can become stuck and lost in patterns of limited belief systems. 

Whether these particular movement pathways have come about through a traumatic incident or habitual use. 

Thai Bodywork offers a great way in to work with the client on both a physical and energetic level. I trained with the Bristol School of Thai Massage shortly after graduating from MTI. 

Ever since I have blended Eastern and Western traditions within my practice. My dance practice informs my interest in developing freedom in movement, leading to ease in how we live our lives. I believe the steps to optimum health are a two-way process.
