Parents of Adult Children Who are Struggling

If you are the parent of an adult child who is struggling with emotional issues and/or has a mental health diagnosis, this may be the group for you. We will gather to share our stories and resources, use some problem-solving techniques, and hold each other and our loved ones in compassion. Group members will be invited, but not expected, to choose topics, help create a structure that meets our needs, and even take turns leading the group. We will review a confidentiality agreement each session.

The first meeting will be on Sunday, October 29th at 4:00 pm in the Library and will be facilitated by Nina Grimaldi.

Times and days of future meetings are still TBA.
