About the event
Have you ever wanted to be able to achieve a handstand? Does it seem too scary?
This workshop is for you!
From seasoned yogis, to beginners, this workshop is for all levels.
We will be focusing on crow pose, handstands, headstands, and chinstands.
We will be discussing modifications/progressions and there will be playtime for you to pick your favorite and expand on it!
This is a 90 minute workshop, in person, located at the Get Hot Yoga studio.
