In this workshop, you’ll learn to release old patterns of thought and emotions that are holding you back and begin to connect and write a new and empowering chapter in your life. Participants will learn tapping and breathing techniques and experience a sacred shamanic journey, where they will receive a direct wisdom message from their higher selves.
