The Psychology of Body Language
We all know that body language is a powerful means of communication. It helps us in almost all areas of our work: building relationships, delivering presentations, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and leading and inspiring others (to name just a few). In this session, we’re going to explore the latest, scientific research in body language (busting a few myths along the way), so you can learn and adapt effectively to enhance your nonverbal communication.
In this session, participants will:
- Discover the latest findings in body language (and identify the many myths!)
- Build a deeper understanding of what some body language conveys
- Learn how to manage your body language, and send the messages you want to send
