About the Event
My fascinator hat workshop will cover:
- Designing your Fascinator
- Covering the Buckram Frame
- Creating a lining
- Adding an attachment to keep the hat on the head
- Trimming techniques to embellish your fascinator
The kit includes a buckram frame, fabric, lining, and an attachment for the headpiece. Materials will be included in the price.
