About the event

Unity Center of Pittsburgh is excited announce our upcoming workshop on Trager Movement Somatic Education, taking place on Sunday, June 4th at 12noon, following the Sunday service.  This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in learning how to release tension, reduce stress, and move with greater ease and grace.

Led by experienced Trager practitioner Renée Gielewski, this workshop will introduce you to the principles of Trager Movement, a somatic approach that uses gentle, rhythmic movements to release deep-seated tension and improve body awareness. The workshop is open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

Join us and learn how to use Trager Movement techniques to release tension and create a sense of relaxation and ease in your body. You will also explore how these techniques can improve your posture, balance, and range of motion, and enhance your overall physical performance.

The workshop will be a mix of theory and practice, with plenty of hands-on demonstrations and experiential exercises. You will have the opportunity to experience Trager Movement firsthand, as well as learn how to apply these techniques to yourself and others.

Whether you're a professional bodyworker, athlete, or simply someone who wants to improve their well-being, this workshop will provide you with practical tools and insights to enhance your body-mind connection and promote healing and vitality.

Limited spaces are available, so register now to secure your spot.

Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to learn from a skilled Trager practitioner and discover the transformative power of Trager Movement Somatic Education.

Suggested donation $20

An offering will be taken during the workshop
