Self Love Yin & Healing Harp

Devote some time to you this February & show yourself some well deserved love with a heart opening Yin Yoga Practice whilst being bathed in the angelic sounds of the Harp.

The soothing healing vibrations of the harp will calm the mind and support the body to rest and heal as it connects you to your heart centre, a place of unconditional love. A place where love will flourish and expand into every part of your being.  The unique sound and vibrations of the harp, when played with loving healing intentions, connects you to a deeper level of love, the essence of our true Self.

Your "self love" Yin Yoga Practice will work into the heart meridian lines to help deepen your connection with your own heart so you can be open to give & receive love freely. Remembering; you deserve to be loved.

The series of heart-opening yoga shapes are designed to help release tension in your shoulders, neck and upper chest, whilst relaxing deeply & surrendering into your emotions.

This 1 Hour 15 Minute Event will be your opportunity to soak up all the loving energy in the studio, open up into your heart chakra and shower yourself with compassion from head to toe.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have your own bolster please bring it. Please bring a cushion & blanket. Comfortable warm clothing & cosy socks are advised.
