About the Event
These classes are designed to be super fun and playful for the children! There will also be moments of calmness. The children will learn different ways to connect with their breath while using their imagination. We will invite calmness into our body and minds at the beginning and at the end of class.... with lots of fun and interactive movement in between!
This class is targetted for ages 5-7 and is full of songs, games, activities, and stories. Keeping it fun and interactive.. The kids get to use their imagination, discover different ways of moving their body, learn mindfulness, and connect to their breath in fun ways.
