In one day, you'll attend 4 different sessions that will dramatically impact your ability to build a legacy that surpasses you within your program. Learn how to more effectively communicate with your coaches and teammates. And how to "be the bad guy," without feeling like one. One session is wholly dedicated to captains' choreography. A process that can help your leaders not only create great material but teach it as well! And lastly, how do you help manage your team brand? We talk about reputation, representation, social media, and we will even walk you through a SWOT analysis for your team.
