Human & Organizational Performance, A Journey of Learning

As a HOP Practitioner and Lead, I am grateful for the opportunity to share my experience developing, implementing, and sustaining a HOP strategy and roadmap. I will share my journey applying a grassroots approach and best practices across industries collaborating with numerous stakeholders. This includes a strong team of HOP champions (frontline and leaders). My passion as a Practitioner is to help build the organization’s capacity to fail safe through the practical application of HOP.

About the Presenter: Carmen Lopez is leading the strategic design, implementation, and sustainability of HOP at Southern California Edison. Carmen has over 15 years of work experience in the field of HOP, risk-based safety, learning teams, strategy, organizational development, change management, training, and assessments. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, a HOP Practitioner Certificate, a Project Management Certificate, and a Prosci Change Management Certification.
