Voice Acting Strategies for ASL Interpreters

This workshop will explore the art of voice acting and how it can be used to use to improve the clarity, impact, and communication of ASL interpretations. 

Participants will learn about the different aspects of voice acting, including pitch, prosody, inflection, and affect. They will also learn how to use these techniques to create a more engaging and informative interpretation.

The workshop will be led by an experienced voice actor and ASL interpreter. Participants will have the opportunity to practice their skills and receive feedback from peers. 

This workshop is for ASL interpreters of all levels. No prior experience with voice acting is necessary.
