Christmas Novena (Simbang Gabi) Day 4

NOTE: You must enter this event with a Valid NZ Vaccine Passport (can be obtained at https://mycovidrecord.health.nz/), your vaccine pass will be checked before you stepped into the foyer.

Please be at the door before the event starts at 7:30pm, we may randomly check and scan your Vaccine Passport with a Valid ID.

As you enter inside the venue, please seat near to the window side, as much as possible.

By entering the church foyer, you have declared and formally agree on the following point below:

1. You have not been in contact of a case, or someone identified as a close contact within the last 14 days.

2. You have not been in Managed Isolation Quarantine facility within the last 14 days.

3. You are not showing any symptoms related to COVID-19.

4. You have completed your second dose of your vaccine more than 14 days ago.

5. You agree to follow all of the health and safety protocols of the venue, St. Dominic's Catholic Parish in Blockhouse Bay.
